What we offer
Each resident has a shared furnished bedroom.
Residents also share the kitchen, living areas, and laundry.
House policies
Substance-free. No alcohol or illegal drugs on the property, at any time, by anyone.
No pets. We're not able to accommodate animals in our homes. Assistance animals are not pets. If you require a service animal or emotional support animal, let us know and we'll work with you.
Visitors during posted visiting hours only. Guests are welcome during established visiting hours.
No overnight guests.
Quiet hours are observed nightly so everyone can rest.
Off-street parking is available for residents with a vehicle.
Shared spaces stay clean; housemates and neighbors are treated with courtesy.
Rent is due on the same date every month.

If a room is not available now, your inquiry can be considered for the waitlist based on area, timing and availability.
